Why telehealth

Consistent care without the commute.

Online therapy can make it easier to attend consistently when work, travel time, weather, mobility, or distance from Denver would otherwise get in the way. You can meet from home or another private place, as long as you are physically located in Colorado during the appointment.

Telehealth is still real therapy. Sessions can include assessment, goal-setting, careful exploration of patterns, practical skill-building, and evidence-informed treatment. Whether it is the right format depends on your needs, privacy, technology, safety, and the level of care that will support you best.
